The access to the game website has been restricted to US residents

SmartPlay.tech is restricting the website access to a list of countries where online gambling is prohibited by the legislation. The first country in the list is United States of America which residents since May, 16th no longer has the access to the virtual services offered by SmartRoulette project. This restriction is a part of the UIGEA and Federal Wire Act limitation of online gambling activity in the US as well as obligatory requirements for cooperation with US exchange Bittrex. The website administration apologizes for possible inconvenience and hope for consciousness and responsibility of users towards this regulation.
